Work Programme and Budget draft that is being prepared by General Secretariat will be approved by the Board of Directors and shall be put into application after obtainment of positive opinion of the Ministry of Development. The result of the executed budget shall be submitted to the Board of Directors by General Secretariat after the conclusion of the budget period in the following month of March. Budget shall be evaluated with the Board of Directors and shall be decided after the end of the evaluation.
